DL Design Group Inc. is a WBE/DBE civil engineering firm based in Portland, Oregon. The firm was founded by Irina Leschuk and Gary Darling in 1999. DL Design Group and its principals have been serving the public and private sectors throughout the Pacific Northwest for over 20 years. We have assisted public sector clients with infrastructure and road engineering, park and recreation area facilities, and preparation of reports and manuals. Our private sector projects have included affordable housing; commercial, retail, and industrial type developments.
