Suggest going elsewhere for the safety of your pet. They used to offer quality care to pets, and that has gone by the wayside over the years. While a few years ago they cut one of my dog's "toes," resulting in him needing a vet visit, we continued to see them as we thought it was a fluke (after all, the care had been good until then). Then, a few months ago they cut my dogs toenail so short, he bled all over our backseat on our way home. Now, just recently, they injured my dogs eye. This last time, they offered no apologies, just excuses, and poor, INSUFFICIENT ones at that. Well, and possible lies. For his last injury, we immediately called that same day. The front desk receptionist stated that my dog, who we have never allowed out of a kennel outside of being groomed at their location, was "running around" which has resulted in his injury. She then changed her tune and said he was in a kennel after we stated 1) he has always been supposed to be put in a kennel outside of grooming, and 2) she told us that he got something in his eye from running around the floor. Convenient. Dogs are family. Would you let your family continue to be injured at a place? Not anymore. Bad business ethics, awful customer service, and hazard pet care. Do not recommend.
