Its a scam the stole my money my time and everything

BEWARE! I received the wrong item. I sent three emails, which was ignored. I called and was told my product would be sent out, I never received it. They then said I never received it because of covid and I would get it within a week. When I called again I was told that she could not understand me and that he daughter would call me back within the hour. This did not happen. After numerous calls and numerous emails, I still havn't received my product---its been almost three months.
