A great session that helps release the tension build up in your facial muscles due to stress. We add Reiki for deeper relaxation and healing. A great way to experience Reiki! You can choose from a Swedish or Deep Tissue massage. We Offer Meditation Tuesday and Thursday from 6-7 & 7-8 on both days for only $20.00 a session. Learn different techniques to Meditate. All great stress relief, helps with circulation as we learn many breathing exercises. Helps with anxiety. We have Reiki Wednesday from 6-7 for $25.00.
