Worst decision was to hire Bill Manning. He is a terrible builder. He built our house in Highland Park and represented himself as a high end builder. He does not manage the job. His subs do whatever they want and there is no quality control. He was over a year past his completion date which cost us even more money. Now 10 months after move in he still has yet to complete. We have chipped and cracked countertops and shower walls, fireplaces that don’t fit in the wall properly, rusted stair railings, crooked walls, sloping floors. and major plumbing problems. The list goes on and on. Worst experience of my life dealing with this builder. He does not have an office. He works out of his car. His business address is a PO Box and he rents a place to live. I wish I could actually give him less than one star but it won’t let me.
