I would NOT recommend this company. Unfortunately our moving company assigned Southwest to inspect the items from our claim. Our washing machine was broken in the move, Southwest hired Mr Appliance to come out and look at our machine. The technician for Mr Appliance decided that the damage to our machine was caused due to the move. Kristen with Southwest Resources took it upon herself to lie and send an email to our moving co saying she called Mr Appliance where they told her there wasn't enough damage to the machine to back the technicians claims. Ironically when you call Mr Appliance they have no record of speaking to Southwest aside from when they set up to appointment and when they called to tell Mr Appliance not to speak to us anymore because we were not their customer, so basically they got mad because they knew they were caught in a lie. I mean really who can't commend a company that feels good about leaving a 20 year military veteran with numerous deployments behind him and his 4 children without a working washing machine. I don't know why but I thought it would be slightly illegal for a company who makes their name in moving claims to blatantly lie.
