Standard Capital, LLC is a real estate investment advisor and bridge lender focused on properties in California and neighboring states. Standard Capital, LLC is a real estate investment advisor, sponsor and bridge lender. Our firm has been an active value investor in our target markets of California and neighboring states while avoiding loss-making investments during the "bubble" years of 2007-2009. Today, our focus is on originating short-term real estate loans on both income properties such as apartments and shopping centers, as well as single family homes that are being rehabilitated for resale. In March 2010, Standard Capital launched an investment fund specifically to provide debt financing to California investors who purchase homes from banks or in foreclosure sales and renovate them for resale.
