These people have no idea what customer service means. Troy Radike, was rude and insulting, and was basically clueless about the product that he sold me, which made a bad situation terrible. He insulted my mental stability, and suggested I get psychiatric help, just because I didn't like his product, which he had recommended, the wrong fabric for the wrong job. Tent repair should never be used for leather repair, no matter how much you need to make a sale. Now, nothing will stick to the product I purchased from them, so I am stuck with an off color, canvas, patch that makes my leather sofa look like I bought it from Salvation Army, and the patch is immovable, and even Duct Tape wont stick to it, to cover its ugliness. My advise is, don't listen to kids, playing at games better left to adults, big people who know how to deal with customers.
