Called to see if she took my insurance and left a voicemail and let her know i was looking for my mom who is going through a rough time. She called me back and told me she didn't take the insurance but then decided to go on a 5 minute rant about how she's been fighting with my insurance. Not sure why she felt that was appropriate or that she needed to use my time for her ranting, not sure what she thinks that's something i need to hear while i'm just looking for someone to help my mom. Strange response for a social worker.
