I have previously used RTC Engraving in the past and it was a smooth and easy process. I dealt with Aimee who was very helpful and very knowledgeable regarding the different types of stone and helpful with designing it. It was a quick and easy process once I finalized the headstone. I unfortunately am now having to place an order for another headstone and have already been in contact with Aimee and she has been very responsive to my e-mails. Thank you RTC

Worse experience. This company failed to do the work, after 10 months and several messages and calls, I was told they would send a refund. I did get the refund a month later. They never tried to do the work but had many excuses. I was yelled at for asking when the work would be completed. Many unanswered emails and rushed off the phone when it was answered. The last thing you want during the this time is an unreliable business with broken promises.
