Joe Moore doesn't pay his technicians on time..
My apologies I’ve had some cash flow issues. I have a project that started last week that will start to get paid on and this will get me paid up with all the techs that are past due. I do appreciate your patience during this time. I have you scheduled to be paid on 9/22, I’m saying that because I’m definitely sure I’m paying you then, but I’m counting on more money coming in from the project and paying you much earlier than that.
