You definitely don't have to worry about him becoming upset with you for asking questions about any of his products. I had a very bad run in with a popular online parrot supply website when I questioned the owner about the rope perch I received from her being filled with a gooey chemical compound in both ends. I don't think I've ever been treated so poorly by a company. Bill has renewed my faith in good, friendly business owners who genuinely care. Thanks so much Bill, you're AWESOME!! P.S.Please inspect all rope perches to make sure they are safe for your birdie. Unscrew the ends where you attach them to your cage & look inside the end caps to check for any kind of chemical compound that looks similar to silicone. The hubby said it's not silicone but whatever kind of chemical compound it is it did indeed set off his autoimmune disease. Birds are so much more sensitive than people, so please BEWARE!! Please inspect all other rope products also such as spring swings, atoms, etc. where the rope connects to the pvc. You'll be able to smell this compound.
