Did not have a good experience with this builder. Poor workmanship, did not honor 1 year warranty. Made up prices as he went along. Allowances suddenly were "washes". Doors don't close properly, damage to our new Brazilian hardwood floors, front walk is cracked through and he refuses to replace it. Front columns on porch off centered. Patchwork paint on our ceilings with SEMIGLOSS paint so we now have to repaint on our own. He is costing us thousands in repairs on a brand new home because you can't go after what he doesn't have. He uses the lowest bidder to do work on the homes. People who worked for him for years have left. He just walked away and doesn't care. He has financial issues and makes the customer pay. Please be aware. He is a smooth talker. Do your homework. Don't want anyone to go through what he has put us through.
