I hired Richard at GMS to install flooring in my condo. It took over a month to install porcelain tile and paint the interior walls of a 900 sq foot condo. The first time I was told it was complete, I had no baseboards, no kitchen toe kicks, no floor tracks for the closet doors, a broken toilet water supply line. Weeks later I was told it was "complete" again. The baseboards and toe kicks have been installed, but the toe kick next to the dishwasher is too long and the panel on the dishwasher does not fit, the closet doors still have no tracks and the there is no water supply to the fridge or dishwasher because they were not rehooked properly. When I mentioned this to Richard he told me "sorry we do not do plumbing." Would I recommend Richard, absolutely not. I am now going on 2 months of dealing with this.
