Paid in advance for materials and labor, work was never completed. Refund was refused. Work that was done isnt to code and was done without a permit

It was a very bad and dissapoitment, he did bad and poor job, coming one day, not coming 3 days, all project of waterproofing is not yet done after 4 weejs, he lied about the inspection being done, the city never did the inspection, I ende up to fire them,
I will not recomand to nobody to contact this company, has no good people, not wit experienc whatsoever... be very carefully, to not happwnd to you same thing and being ripe of money!
