I go to arbys in carrollton kentucky and they treat some employees like crap

I live in Dayton, OH and had a terrible experience at the 160 S Patterson restaurant, cold sandwich and waffle fries were cold. The sandwich was so cold that the cheese was not even melted and I waited more than 5 minutes for my combo.
