Bought a pair of $100 soccer cleats. After 1 week from date of purchased I tried to exchange them for another pair becuase the toe on one of the shoes had started to delaminate. They were worn 3 times. The manager, Charles, told me this was normal wear and he would not support me on this. After much discussion, his choice was to do nothing and not help me at all. Told me that its because I drag my toes when I run. If that were the case, you would think it would have happened to all (or at least one) of my previous shoes as well. Pretty disappointing service and certainly would not purchase from them again in the future. Great selection and knowledgable people, but don't expect any support after the sale. I am normally a big supporter of local companies and giving them business instead of the big box guys, but in this case I recommend you stay away.
