I would like to recommend that the company close and stop causing grief for the customers they serve. Claiming that with the clients that they did not have and getting paid for it. Falsifying records so they can get money. That's all they are about. Currently being investigated by the state for the same issues. There are people being hired with no experience whatsoever and expected to care for someone with needs beyond their training and there is no training, no interviewing, no problem. Hiring anyone off the street is not good for the customers. Their safety is supposed the be the main concern for this company. It isn't!!!!! This company is not professional at all.
