He helped us with a difficult situation when I lost my ring and had to have it replaced dealing with the insurance company. He listened to exactly what I wanted and worked very hard to get it. He was not a pressure salesperson. He brought me in stones on multiple occasions until we found the perfect one to go into a designer setting he had in his store.
