Mr. Dunston came to my home in order to determine what was wrong with my A/C unit. As usual, it's the warmest day of the year so far when you have trouble. Arrived as scheduled, explained what was wrong, showed me the published price for the replacement piece, gave me a company coupon discount (even though I had not printed anything off the website) and had extremely reasonable labor costs.
