Mr. Dunston came to my home in order to determine what was wrong with my A/C unit. As usual, it's the warmest day of the year so far when you have trouble. Arrived as scheduled, explained what was wrong, showed me the published price for the replacement piece, gave me a company coupon discount (even though I had not printed anything off the website) and had extremely reasonable labor costs. Within 45 minutes he and his assistant were on their way. Will definitely use and recomment Dunston Aire of Garner again. Rita Dozier, Apex, NC.
