Does not have concern for their residents. No follow up calls when there is a maintenance issue. I've had to pay out of pocket for a plumber. The agency sent their so called plumbers to my apartment and they left saying they had to get additional equipment and would return the next day. They never showed up nor did they call be with a status update. They left me hanging and the office personnel could have cared less.
