I have a PhD in counseling and assist people with many different transitions in their lives. I believe it is critical to understand the ones we are trying to communicate and really listen so that we may be heard. I utilize cognitive behavioral techniques, as well as exercise humor and insight to assist someone. I consider it an honor to help people as they move through difficult times in their lives.
