It’s nice that someone is happy. I have been lied to so unethically it is a crime. I was told things in the up sale meeting that was far from the truth. So is that happy person wants to buy mine it’s for sale! I have been robbed without a weapon. The weapon was words. No more!!!

I do not recommend that this resort (aka Orange Lake Country Club) for they are no more the theives. Presently, Orange Lake has stolen over $1.3 millions dollars from people who purchased their timeshare. They did it by charging those members for maintenance fees for years they (Purchasers) cannot use since many of the building were not completed or has even broken ground. Also Orange Lake failed to provide the title insurance upon closing. By the fact they failed to provide it thus this mean by the contract, both parties no longer have a contract and Orange Lake is return all funds. Since they never returned any of the funds thus they stole fund again. Also by the law the seller cannot place a date of first occupyance on a contract which a building was not completed or build, thus doing that the seller cannot insure the facility is ready to lived in. I again I highly recommend that everybody stay away from Orange Lake plus they are investiagtion for Grand Theft.

I don't have a clue what the previous comment is refering to. We have owned at Orange Lake C.C. since 1987 and have had none of the aformentioned problems with this company. We have found our dealings to be upfront, pleasant, fair and hardly along any of the lines mentioned by this person. Our units, we are signature members now, are always extremely well kept inside and out the grounds and services offered are impeckable. This resort offers the ability to stay and enjoy yourself without leaving the grounds as they have more than enough to enjoy and keep you occupied. Several restaurants, shops, pools, championship golf couses, water parks, mini golf, theatre, boating, water skiing, etc. there is an on site super market for those who wish to cook in, and numerous other avenues to enjoy. For the Theme park minded, they are located a stones throw from Disney and a few miles from the rest of the major parks and will provide transportation if necessary. It seems as though this person in the previous review has not qualified for purchase and is upset about it or defaulted on their purchase and has an axe to grind. Orange Lake is a great place in my estimation and experience. S.B.
