Had an awful experience at The park at Ashley place apartments in New Port Richey, site not kept up, some mailboxes don't lock, pool not kept up took sample of water had bacteria, gym deteriorated taking out some equipment, hard to use not a variety of cardio machines as other apartments, pets not on leashes at night, apartment inside fixtures old rusted as in faucets, bottom patio in apartments flood, no outside exterminator for bugs around building ant problems was never attended to, check rent in area this place is over priced for how old and not kept up very hard to get stuff fixed.
