They came to Florida to retire one sunny, sunny day. All is good, All is great! What else would they say? They don't say they are lonely. They don't say they are scared. This would be a burden that they don't think should be shared. I do the best that I can do by calling every day, I think I would feel better, if I found another way. Are they eating healthy foods and taking all their meds? Are they able to do laundry and change linens on the beds? And what about the doctor's? Are they going as they should? I wish that I was there to help... only if I could. I think if I could only, send someone in my place, once a week, just to check, you know...just in case. To be my eyes, to be my ears, to be my heart and soul. To do the things that I can't do... this would be their role. Mom will say, please don't do that! We're fine here, can't you see? I think that I'll just tell her... I'M DOING THIS FOR ME...
