Judge Fullerton is unethical. Rude. Spoke with plaintiffs before defendant enters courtroom. Butler county needs cleaned out of these magistrate judges. Is it not a requirement to learn math to sit on the bench. 4200@600 a month is how many months Judge Fullerton? March to Oct is how many months. This judge needs to be taken off the Bench. Good recommendation- not so much. This Judge was the most inconsiderate and un professional person I have ever dealt with in my entire life. My family and my families friends will all know the kind of person he is. To say the least- he must have been picked on in highschool because hes on nothing but a power trip now. If you have a pending case dealing with him, I would suggest a change of venue immediately or you're going to be leaving feeling absolutely disrespected. He has NO regards for the law, infact he even had the nerve to mock a mentally challenged person behind his back- and this is the type of man the city of Butler is voting in.. way to go.
