My name is Jim Borden, I have been on the Board for 12 years and President the last 6 years of Parkside at Spring Valley. A private community of 465 single family homes in Pembroke Pines, Fl. We hired Elite Management Assoc. on Oct.1, 2008. I can honestly say for myself and the other 4 Board of Directors that they have made of jobs as volunteers easier. They have restored our Confidence, once totally lacking in previous management firms we had employed. The people who work there are professional and conduct themselves as such. I'm not going to say that over the past 6 years all employees were as professional as you would want them to be. But, that goes with any business and not all employees have the ability to maintain their honesty in these days of economic stress. We are extremely satisfied with the job Gloria Donnelli and her staff are doing. My words to you if considering her firm. Make the move you won't regrete it in the years to come.
