Horrible company towed my car at an apartment complex where I arrived at 5a but at 7a in the morning my car was towed . Once arriving no one was at this business to release my vehicle and receive the payment for the vehicle . Kept telling me along with other waiting customers that someone just left and will be back in 5 mins we waited for nearly an hour . Outside In the heat very unprofessional

Horrible experience, people was very unprofessional and Talked very slick. Only reason I didn’t do anything or disrespect back at the time is they had my car I would love to speak to corporate if this company has one so I can get the guy fired for acting very nasty towards me
