I concur with the other review. I don't know what happened over the years. He was an excellent, professional and timely businessman. I have been waiting for an entire year for him to complete the remainder of my house. I paid him for two houses. Because I had a relationship with him for prior work, I paid him upfront from one house. I gave him a million chances. I am so disappointed, the job was 6k, I paid him 5100 and he has yet to complete the job. Way over the 50 percent for a job. One year later and the job is not complete. Partially done. Initially it was for the living room windows, and the back doors. I said lets do all the windows, I paid him and it's not done.
