Terrible service. Dealing with Steve was impossible. They were suppose to install a new liner in early May never showed up until late June. Once they installed the liner there were multiple bumps that felt like rocks at the bottom , finally got them to come back in early August and quash the bumps down which led to them pushing on an area that was the metal strap underneath and since has had a slow leak. Called repeatedly, no response, drove to the business and spoke to the owner, Jim. He promised someone would come in two days. It’s now late October and I haven’t seen or heard from them. We also paid them to set up our pump in June and they did it wrong . Which ended up cracking a part. Couldn’t get them back to fix that either. They clearly don’t have a clue. I’ll call the BBB.
