Steer clear. The worst managed company I have ever dealt with! Multiple delays, careless mistakes, and terrible communication!!! Signed contract on 6/24/19 and were told they would order the pool the next day and it would be delivered in three weeks. It wasn’t ordered until 7/17/19, when we called to check the status. The pool was delivered 8/8/19 and we were told by the foreman it would take about 3 weeks to complete. They would show up in the afternoon if at all and only work for two to three hours and leave. On 8/16/19 they told us they ordered the wrong tanning ledge and it would take two weeks to get the correct one, so all work stopped. On 9/3/19 the correct tanning ledge was delivered. At this point, the different subcontractors were coming into play. We needed a person to hook up the gas line, and electrician, and the concrete contractor to be scheduled. It was like pulling teeth to get Paradise Pools, our general contractor, to schedule the subcontractors. Numerous times I would ask when the subcontractors were scheduled and our foreman would say he would get back to me. I will then ask him again when they were scheduled and he would send me their contact information to call myself. We hired a general contractor to take on the headache of scheduling the subcontractors but, in fact, we inherited the headache from our foreman scheduling all the subs. We did not find having Paradise pools as our general contractor to be advantageous but instead more of a headache and more expense. This was the most stressful project we have ever been a part of. The stress of trying to get in touch with our foreman, the stress of trying to get subcontractors scheduled, the stress of trying to just get our pool finished before it started snowing, when we were told it would be finished by August. Hopefully it will get finished early spring. Everything stopped again, because it was too cold. I would never recommend Paradise Pools to anyone.
