I had a horrific experience here at the Prestige Salon in Poplar Bluff this afternoon. They receive zero stars in my book. I would not recommend this place to anyone in the area! I didn't receive the color at all like the pictures I brought in for the stylist. To top it off they overcharged me for additional solution needed! That's ridiculous when the hair was above the shoulder. This place was not only unprofessional and overpriced, but it also came with extra facetious behaviors from the stylists. The owner of the salon was rude, unethical, and I wouldn't recommend this salon at all. If you are reading about this one, I'd give it a pass and go somewhere else. This place is a vibrant dud! Such a heartbreaking experience I had today.
