Developer of Epcon Communities in Birmingham, Al; Single level home community with maintenance free lifestyle, pool, clubhouse, fitness center. Cornerstones at Oxmoor Valley is our current project. Located on the 17th fairway of the Robert Trent Jones Oxmoor Valley golf course, we offer a unique lifestyle with a great location. Living in our homes is different. We designed it that way. Many homes overlook the golf course and expansive valley below, so Cornerstones at Oxmoor Valley offers a genuine country club feel. You are just around the corner from the Ross Bridge Resort and Spa and minutes to Lakeshore Drive, Sanford University, UAB & downtown Birmingham. Since Cornerstones Communities is the developer, home builder and seller of these homes, we can stand behind the quality in the manner you expect. Licensed by Epcon Communities, our homes are engineered based on lessons learned over 25 years of development.
