EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND OUTRAGED!!! My services with Jenny, Amanda, and Sydney were fine. I received a gift card shortly prior to Covid. I had a massage scheduled for the end of March 2020, which was canceled due to the pandemic. For personal reasons I was not able to make it in for a service until yesterday. I was really looking forward to this experience after the holidays. After enjoying the facilities and finally achieving a moment of respite, it was IMMEDIATELY stripped away when I went to check out and was told my gift card had NO value. The only reason I booked the services I did was based on the fact that I had a $90 gift. The manager was not helpful and just kept saying "There's nothing we can do." As a fellow service provider in the industry for 20 years, this is completely asinine. There is always something you can do to ensure a guest leaves happy and satisfied with their experience. I tried to maintain my composure to respect the fact that there were other guests in the space. However, given their response to this matter, I became infuriated. This establishment's approach to customer service is beyond poor. They are downright stealing money from guests without even considering any special circumstances that may have led to them delaying scheduling a service. Throughout my experience I was planning on making future reservations as a return guest. However after this debacle, I will NOT be returning and will make sure to spread the word to encourage people to look elsewhere for their spa needs.
