Terrible experience.... I came into town for a very specific, pre-determined 30 day job. I rented with the specific 30 day time frame ONLY. He had another long-term rental coming in after me anyway so I basically filled a blank space.... After I scrubbed the room (and I am very clean...even my wife is happy with my cleanliness) He kept my $150 deposit, plus charged my card another FULL $795 AFTER I left!!! I had to go through a long dispute process... still lost my money= too hard to prove after its already charged.... NOT WORTH IT... YOU WILL BE PAYING DOUBLE anyway... LOOK ELSEWHERE... word to the wise...
