We purchased an envelope inserter from these guys, that was supposedly refurbished. We are not new to purchasing these machines. We have purchased dozens in the past. We have had nothing but problems with this machine since day 1. There is large amounts of corrosion on the machine everywhere. The claw adjustments don't work on any of the stations. The biggest problem is with the suction on the shuttle feed. They sent a technician out to work on this, when we first bought the machine, but the fix was temporary. The technician even had a hard time with it and was not able to satisfactorily fix it. The suction on the shuttle feed is about half of what it is on the other machines. It causes us issues every day, all day. The bottom line is that these guys mis-advertised a refurbished machine. There is nothing refurbished about it all. They merely rigged it to work temporarily so that they could sell it. I would never buy from these guys again and I would highly recommend that no one else does either.
