Terrible company to deal with. Totally violates laws on housing. Operates without the legally mandated Certificate of Occupancy & yet collects rent illegally. Sends bogus invoices for rent trying to overcharge & fails to respond when questioned about overcharges. Had floods ruining units & refused to properly construct building as advised by the local housing authorities to save pennies. Stay Away!
