I hired Pool Guys to replace my liner. Jeff NIx was the guy's name, from Pontotoc, Ms. After my experience I wouldn't let him fill my pool for free let alone hire him to fix it. Paid him about $2,500.00 to replace the liner in a 18X36 pool. Come to find out he ides this in his spare time around another job an apparently has no help. Took over a week after he finally got started to put the liner in.When the pool was about 40% refilled with water I determined water was getting behind the liner.Had to drain that 8,000 gallons of water back out. Liner was leaking at the drain seal, you could move the drain seal around with your hand it was so loose. Nix worked on the drain over the next couple of days and claimed it was fixed. Pool was refilled and was immediately loosing hundreds of gallons a day. Could not get Nix to come back and fix it. I called another company, they determined the drain was seal was leaking. Drained 34,000 more gallons, drain seal was found still loose and was fixed.
