Their customer service is second to none. Knowlegeable, polite, responsive, can't say enough... would recommend.

I own a spa 2 go. I called oceantis for chemical recommendations for my spa. I talked to an sctual person who gave the names of the proper chemicals for my spa and how to use them. They also gave tips on the maintance of my spa. They were very helpful. They also emailed me a copy of my manual which I missplaced. Good all around service. The people there know there business.

I own the spa n a box. I love it. Easy to put up and take down. You get to talk to a real person, they are very helpful on all their products,they take the time to walk you through any trouble shooting or send detail trouble shooting when you not near your spa. They also walked me through my chemical use. I have always had a very good experience with the staff. Thanks for your help.
