Dream kitchen? Try nightmare! Eric is so full of lies I honestly don't know how he is still in business. He was never at our house. Just a parade of dudes that should have retired by now or moonlighters who want to show up at dinnertime and leave an hour later. Eric was in no rush to get anything done except to collect his checks periodically. We had one issue after another working with him. No pride in the work. It was always- we'll fix it. And then another issue would pop up before the last one was corrected. The workers ruined brand new furniture in our home, and Eric had a terrible attitude about taking money off to replace it. Nothing was covered with plastic at the start of the job like we were told. Our entire house was trashed during demo, including the bathroom the guys were constantly sitting in while they loudly watched videos for a half hour on our toilet. At the beginning, we were sold by the nice showroom, specs of the project, and lies. It went downhill and felt like the nightmare would never end. Our floors were not correctly installed. Our molding is not straight. And months later our walls are falling apart. Please spare yourself and find someone else! I wish I had a time machine to go back in time and warn myself about Eric. But since I don't, I will pay it forward and warn you.
