I received Dico Electric Services referral through a home shield insurance. A serviceman came to my house, checked the item, charged me the referral fee $75 and promised to return. I never heard from him, and kind of neglected it. Second time same thing happened - came out to my house, checked the problem, charged me the basic fee and vanished. When I followed up with a phone call a month or so later, he claimed he is sick with pneumonia and will get back to me in a week. 2 months later I called the home shield company to complain and found out that Dico Electrics submitted their forms that this job was completed. I'm amazed and outraged by their lack of professionalism and irresponsibility . The problem still exists and I'm awaiting services from a more conscientious provider. Do not recommend them by the least.

BEWARE....John DiDomenico is a thief! I provided a deposit for work to be done and the work was never completed. John will not return my call to resolve this matter. I've ask for my deposit to be returned and he refuses to reply to my request. He left no other option but court.

Stay away from this guy, never calls you back and doesnt show up when he is scheduled too.

This is a A-1 contractor courteous pleasant and on time always !!!! I placed a call to my Ahs company and within 25 min of placing that call John called me it was late that evening so I was shocked that I got such a fast response as he apologized about the late call (10:00pm) he wanted to make sure it wasn't an emergency !!! I really appreciated his concern and we made a date for him to come out the next day SUNDAY AT THAT!!! He called, arrive, and was done within 30mins WOW. I highly recommend this gentleman who is happy to help !!!!
