This company is the worst landlord company my husband and I have ever rented from-- we do NOT recommend them at all. Upon move-in, there was no hot water. We NEVER had heat for the entire winter of 2012-2013. I had to make my own repairs. This involved fixing toilets, the refrigerator, and installing my own air conditioners, even though I found out that the other tenants' air conditioners came pre-installed. The electric company shut off service to the common areas because the company did not pay their bills. I have been told numerous times that I would not be refunded my last month's rent, which was prepaid-- I did not occupy the apartment during that month. The company will do everything they can to take you for a ride. The owner thinks that he can show up unannounced and bring people into your apartment no matter how many times that you state that you wish to be called in advance. BAD business.
