HORRIBLE! I have been going for years but on the last visit they injured (either cut or burned) my dogs ears. They refused to acknowledge they injured him. Said that I needed to go to the vet in order to "prove" they made the mistake? I will of course take my dog to the vet for treatment but the pictures I provided are clear "proof." Refused a refund, and when I said I can't bring my animals there anymore, Lynn said "well, my groomers don't want to groom your dogs anymore anyway." (Even though the young man I spoke to last time said how well behaved they are.) So unprofessional!!! I will NEVER go back and will actively discourage my friends from using this business. Don't let them hurt your animal!

I would never bring my pups anywhere else. They are the most caring and loving people you could ask for to have work on your dogs. I am a business owner and i highly recommend the folks at Dirty Dogs. My neighbors daughter also worked there while in college around 2008- 2011 and still to this day when brought u all she talks about is how great it was to work there. Lynn and her staff have a passion for what they do and it shows.
