I would not recommend this company to anyone. Horrible service, will send you bills for (supposed) work months after the fact. I sold my property earlier this year and still waiting to receive my collected rents from them. They've ignored several emails and voicemails, rarely answer their office phone. Been chasing them for over 4 months for my money and have gotten nothing but excuses so far. Avoid!
