Our Independent Agency has served Danville and Central Kentucky since its creation in 1950 by M.B. Morgan. In 1976 Ezra Gash formed the Gash Insurance Agency when he acquired the M.B. Morgan Insurance agency. In 1985 JoAnn Fitzpatrick, owner of the Danville Realty and Insurance, merged with the Gash Insurance Agency to form what is now The Gash-Fitzpatrick Insurance Agency.
