Dr. Kumar was born in India and spent time there before her family moved to Arizona, so she is fluent in both Hindi and English. The most important thing for patients to know about me is that I genuinely care about their well-being, she says. My approach focuses on open communication, trust, and making sure they feel supported. The most rewarding aspect of my job is guiding and encouraging patients to take steps toward lasting, positive changes that enhance their health. When she is not in the office, Dr. Kumar enjoys traveling, reading, exploring different cuisines, and spending time hiking in nature.

Stephanie Matza, DO chose a career in medicine because she liked the idea of combining science and the art of helping others. I was most influenced by my own family physician, who was incredibly patient and understanding, she says. I've been fortunate to have had many great mentors who taught me the value of forging strong connections with my patients as well as colleagues. As a physician, Dr. Matza's goal is to provide compassionate, personalized care and make patients feel heard. In addition to her work as a MemorialCare physician, Dr. Matza serves in the Air Force Reserve as a Flight Surgeon. I'm proud to serve my country and care for service members. Earlier this year, I participated in a training mission to the Virgin Islands where we provided no-cost medical care to the local community during a 10-day health fair.

Danny Nguyen, M.D., is a medical oncologist and hematologist at City of Hope's Huntington Beach and Irvine Sand Canyon locations. Dr. Nguyen is also an assistant clinical professor in the Department of Medical Oncology & Therapeutics Research.

Dr. Ann Ha graduated from Stanford University with Honors and earned her medical degree from the University of California in San Diego School of Medicine. Upon completion of her pediatric residency program at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Ha joined Beach Pediatrics in July 2012.
