Actually there is a property on 184 callan ave which has a disrespectful, unprofessional, sarcastic, hypocritical, drunken, stupid landlord who is crazy and thinks she is always right but if she doesn't watch it she will be in alot of trouble. Also she gets into everyones business and tells all the other tenants which is not appropiate for a so called "paid too high apt manager ....so I feel sorry for perrion properties for letting this person represent them because she will bring them down to where noone will rent from them ....

I have lived in 206 Chumalia Street for
more than 3 years. .About two years ago I was diagnosed with clinical depression and in March 2013 I was given a dog as a therapeutic tool to manage my depression and anxiety. I
filed a letter from my psychologist with the manager's office and paid a dog deposit of $200 as requested by the apartments' administration.
Communications I had with the manager preceded the notice of termination of the renting agreement. I would add that on all of those occasions the manager was trying to push me to pay some extra fees or get rid of the dog. In February 2nd 2014 I received a “Three days notice to perform conditions and/or covenants or quit” from the manager, because of “barking dog, specifically heard by the owner on this date between 4:00 +5:00 p.m.” This notice was given despite the status of the dog is not that of a pet, but of an emotional support therapeutic tool.
In April 28, 2014 I received an invoice asking me to pay $165.00, which was charged by S.G. Maintenance for cleaning a clogged pipe in my apartment’s bathtub on 4/23/2014.
According to the regulations, even if a tenant were to be responsible for the payment – which would not appear to be the case here – the price of repairs should first be agreed with him/her.
The manager did not even try to contact me on this matter. Instead, on June 5,

184 Callan- worst experience EVER. Absolute scam. We were tormented, lied to, and had our money taken from us. The manager, Carol, was crazy and called us lots of names- extremely unprofessional. I have never had a worse experience!! Stay away from this terrible company.
