Purposely appraises low. Doesn't make an effort to the point of gross negligence. Bank allowed me to pay for new appraisals to override his - but required two appraisals. Both came in over one and half million over his - crazy negligent.
I'm guessing if you are reading this you've been a victim too. I encourage you to go to the Dept of Consumer Affairs Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers and file a complaint. If no one does it, he will never be held accountable for his gross negligence.
