I have been very satisfied with the professional service I have received from Doctor Steam Carpet and Upholstery. I am a Property Manager and I have used several other carpet cleaning services in the past and NONE have compared to Doctor Steam. No question, Doctor Steam has saved me money! There have been times I thought for sure I would need to replace the carpets after tenants moved out and Doctor Steam came in a rescued me. Doctor Steam saved me the cost of complete carpet replacement. The other guys gave me a low price to get them to the house and then turn around and nickel and dime me with charges and then I need to babysit their workers. Doctor Steam gives me a real estimate with NO hidden charges and gets the job completed the first time every time. Thank you Doctor Steam!!!
