I DO NOT RECOMMEND EXPRESS REFRIGERATION TO ANYONE BECAUSE, On 8-15-2015 I called Express Refrigeration to fix the A/C at my Business . Zack came out to service my A/C he told me the fan board # ST9120C 2010 is burned out and the price for the board only is $650.00 and the total charge will be $850…

I DO NOT RECOMMEND EXPRESS REFRIGERATION TO ANYONE BECAUSE, On 8-15-2015 I called Express Refrigeration to fix the A/C at my Business . Zack came out to service my A/C he told me the fan board # ST9120C 2010 is burned out and the price for the board only is $650.00 and the total charge will be $850.00, I told him to fix it. He repair my A/C and give us an invoice it has no information for his company on it like the name (Express Refrigeration) or telephone or a business license number. The employee at my business paid him most of the money and asked him to come back in the morning to get the rest. Zack came later at night to get more money the cashier gave him some but not the full amount so he went and damaged my A/C, and the A/C stop working now. I called Zack on 8-16-15 in the morning to have him come back to fix the damaged he did, Zack response was he is busy today. I told him you damaged the A/C that means you also damaged everything in my store everything is melted, he says if he come back i have to give him cash before he does anything to my A/C. So i called another A/C tech and i found out that ZACK he ripped me off, the board he charged me $650.00 for it , it only cost $120.00 . I called ZACK and told him that he over charged me, Zack said to me not to call again and hang up on me. Zack is a dishonest person i ever seen. WHAT kind of Tech after they do repair turns around and damage the unit so it could stop working? only evil person does that
